👉 Your Role as a Mental Health HCA: 

  • Providing Compassionate Care: support patients with mental health conditions, offering empathy, patience, and understanding. 

  • Assisting with Daily Activities: help patients with their daily activities, ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence. 

  • Supporting Treatment Plans: work closely with healthcare professionals to implement and monitor treatment plans. 

  • Creating a Safe Environment: maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to health and safety guidelines. 

  • Making a Difference: play a crucial role in improving the mental health and overall well-being of your patients. 

✔ Who We Are Looking For: 

  • Individuals with a passion for mental health care and a commitment to providing compassionate support. 

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided. 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. 

  • A team player who can work flexibly according to the needs of the service. 

  • Registration with the appropriate professional bodies, if applicable.
