Key Requirements:  

  • Valid RMN Registration: must be currently registered with the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.  

  • MAPA or PMVA Training: must possess Bild Accredited Management of Actual or Potential Aggression (MAPA) or Physical Management in Violent Aggression (PMVA) certification.
