Position: Senior Band 3 Carer 

Location: Derryhill, Wiltshire 
Setting: Care Home 
Salary: earn up to £15.00* per hour 
Shift: 10-hour night shifts 

Job Description 

Grosvenor Nursing is seeking dedicated and experienced Senior Band 3 Carers to join our team in Derryhill, Wiltshire. As a Senior Band 3 Carer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being during the night shift. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the Night Shift: take charge of the night shift operations, ensuring all residents receive the care and attention they need. 

  • Administer Medication: safely and accurately administer medication as per the residents' care plans. 

  • Provide Compassionate Care: offer emotional and physical support to residents, maintaining a respectful and caring environment. 

  • Compliance: adhere to all compliance requirements, including health and safety regulations and care home policies. 

Requirements 

In addition to the agency's mandatory compliance requirements, candidates must meet the following criteria: 

  • NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Health & Social Care: this qualification is mandatory. 

  • Level 2 Certificate in The Safe Handling of Medication & Avoiding Drug Errors: completion of this online training is required.
