• Pay Rate: Earn up to £593.52* per shift

Requirements 

In addition to standard mandatory compliance, you must have: 

• PVG 

• PMVA/MAPA 

• BLS & ILS 

• Enhanced clinical references (2 covering 3 years OR 1 covering 5 years) 

• Infection Control 

• Proof of immunisations (Hepatitis B, TB, Varicella, Measles, Rubella) 

• Oliver McGowan 

• Safeguarding Children & Young Adults L1, L2 & L3 

We are seeking RMNs who are: 

• Skilled in de-escalation, crisis management, and mental-health-focused care 

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and confident in supporting individuals with complex needs 

• Physically able to assist with daily care and mobility when needed 

• Flexible and ready to work long-day and night shifts 

• Able to carry out any other duties reasonably required within the scope of their role
