Support Worker Requirements 

Along with essential compliance, you must have: 

• PVG 

• BLS & ILS 

• Enhanced clinical references (2 covering 3 years OR 1 covering 5 years) 

• Infection Control 

• Proof of immunisations (Hepatitis B, TB, Varicella, Measles, Rubella) 

• Oliver McGowan 

• Safeguarding Children & Young Adults L1, L2 & L3 

We are seeking Support Workers who are: 

• Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing situations 

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to high-quality care 

• Willing to complete all required training and maintain regulatory standards 

• Physically capable of assisting with mobility, personal care, and daily activities 

• Flexible and ready to work long-day and night shifts 

• Able to carry out any other duties reasonably required within the scope of their role
