Essential Staff - Thank You For Your Service

Thank you to all the essential staff who are selflessly continuing to work through this pandemic, you are appreciated and you are making a difference.

See Available Shifts And Rates

We are experiencing high volumes of shifts across the whole of the UK across all of our agencies. If you would like to work then please ensure that you update your availability on our easy to use App, Staffshift. You can see live shifts as we receive them and request the shift via our online chat again through the app by quoting the reference number.

If you are available for work please keep the app open as the shifts update constantly and your prompt response will ensure you secure the shifts you want immediately. This is ultimately the best way to manage your work and ensures you secure the shifts you want when you want them.

We have high demand for specialist nurses in particular ITU nurses across the country, visit our agency websites for pay rates, do remember that each agency has different rates of pay and therefore has a variance in the type of work they receive.

Not yet cleared to work?

Let us fast-track you through!

The NHS and CQC have relaxed their compliance requirements for the duration of the pandemic.

Log on to Staffshift and book a screening meeting via Zoom with one of our consultants, alternatively you can book a screening immediately.

Uniforms

We are asking our agency workers not to wear uniforms to or from work. Please take your clean uniform in a sealed bag to your shift.

This is for two reasons:

1. Infection control

2. Assaulting essential staff for their badges and uniforms to get access to NHS hour and other essential services

COVID-19 and Shifts

Clients usually inform us when there are confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19 at their facility. This information will be told to you if known at the time of booking. Please be professional at all times, we have had cases of agency workers arriving for shifts only to find out that there are COVID-19 service users and are walking out. The facilities have access to PPE equipment, which should be used in these cases.

Payroll

Our payroll teams are processing your pay from home and do not have access to phone calls, can you contact them using the email: mypay@a24group.com

Yours sincerely,
The A24 Group Team
